Dear Youth and Parents of St. Andrew’s,

We are pleased to tell you that once again that the youth of St. Andrew’s has the opportunity to attend Overflow – a large Christian event for young people. The event will be held at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex May 16th – 18th.

Over the course of the weekend the youth will have the chance to participate in workshops, concerts, tournaments, listen to guest speakers, swim and much more. It’s a great opportunity for our youth (and their friends) to get to know each other better and to meet Christian youth from all over Southern Ontario.

Because the event spans three days we will be sleeping at St. Andrew’s Friday night and Saturday night. We’ll eat breakfast at the church prior to leaving for the Complex in the morning. Letters with specific details will be sent out closer to the weekend once all driving, chaperone, packing and food information is available.

Basic information for the weekend:

Drop off: 5:30PM Friday May 16/08 (@ St. Andrew’s)

Pick up: 1PM Sunday May 18/08 (@ St. Andrew’s)

Location(s): Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex & St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church

Registration: Early bird –$62 - by April 11; Regular $72 – by May 1; Last chance - $82

In the next couple of weeks we will be looking for volunteer drivers so that we can arrange transportation between the Recreation Complex and St. Andrew’s. Please check your calendars and let us know if you are able to drive. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Our goal is to take advantage of the early bird registration fee of $62. We can do this for anyone registered by April 11. In order to do this we are asking for all registration forms and fees to given to Cordelia or handed in to the office no later than Sunday April 6, 2008.

Overflow 2008 Permission and Health Form
