We have a team of faithful volunteers who are always ready to receive prayer requests and lift them up to God. All prayer requests will be held in confidence and shared only with the members of the Prayer Group. Your requests can be as detailed or simple as you like. You don’t need to include any information that would reveal your identity or the identity of the one in need of prayer. God knows all these details already.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry - combing the power of prayer with the art of knitting.
Every lovingly crafted stitch in our prayer shawls contains a special prayer, a heartfelt plea to God for His peace and protection to surround you always. As you drape the shawl around your shoulders, whether in the morning or at night, we want you to feel the warmth and embrace of God's love. Each shawl is a tangible reminder that you are never alone, and that God is always with you, guiding and watching over you every step of the way.
Through this ministry, we aim to provide a source of support during times of challenge, offering a tangible symbol of care and a reminder that you are held in God's loving care.

We’re always glad to receive new people on the Prayer Team. If you would like to learn more about the group or volunteer to pray, please fill out the form below. Those offering prayer do so in their own homes. In addition to incoming prayer requests, we also pray for one church group or church-supported outreach each week and the daily prayer request on the Presbyterian Church in Canada website.
